Send us information about your current color and product, and the new color you want and we will ship you for FREE!
**We might ask from you to send us an image of your current hair color in order to help chose a better color match for you.
Refunds:
Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries. We understand, and hope you'll try again in the future.
To return your product, please mail the refunded product to:

Once you have shipped your product back to us, please email us a picture of the receipt and the tracking number of the shipment (the tracking number will be on the receipt), and we'll issue your refund.
We will send you an email to notify you should expect your refund back to your credit card or original method of payment.
**Please note that The Wig Cycle is not responsible for your refund, and that JuvaBun is 100% responsible.
The Wig Cycle is only the address to where you'll mail your refunded product (or products), however, the refund will come from directly JuvaBun.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
