Exchange Policy

Exchanges:

Our standard exchange policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since you received your order, typically we can’t offer you an exchange.

Color Doesn't Match? No problem:

If your color doesn't match your hair there are 2 options that we can fix this:

1. Make a payment of $4.99 through This PayPal me link for covering the returning shipping fee (since shipping fees are non-refundable). Take a screen shot of the transaction and email us the screen shot to info@juvabun.com + tell us what color you would like us to send you and you're all set. You can keep the other bun with you.

The $4.99 payment will cover for you the shipping fee since shipping fees are non-refundable, (that varies from $4-7, depending on your location) + saves you the hassle of going to the post office and shipping it back.

2. If you do not want to make a small payment via our PayPal me link, or you just find it easier to ship us back the product, simply follow these instructions:

    To return your product, you should go to your local post office and mail your product to:

    Please send us an email at info@juvabun.com to let us know which color you would like.

    There are certain situations where returns cannot be accepted:

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

    Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

    Once you have shipped your product back to us, please email us a picture of the receipt and the tracking number of the shipment (the tracking number will be on the receipt). 

    Please Note: 

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Once you have shipped back the product we will inspect it, once approved, we will then ship you back your different color via express shipping (3-7 business days).
