How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you your tracking number. Enter it on our Track your order page. Tracking updates usually show within 24-48 hours after you get the number.
I ordered 2 or more items but only got 1
Our products are stocked in different warehouses, so when you order several items they may ship separately. You may get one before the other. Don't worry, the rest is on its way.
Do you ship outside the US?
