"How can I track my order?"

"I am not sure which color to choose. What should I do?"
Try to compare your own hair with the color that looks the closest from the color options. In most cases that will do the work. But if you’re still not sure you can:

2. Contact us by clicking on the Chat Icon (at bottom right corner), and we’ll help you to choose your color.
*Even if your color is only close to matching your hair color, and not a 100% perfect match, it will blend in with your own hair color and give you that natural and real look.
Rest assured that even if you picked the wrong color, or you’re just not happy with the result, we will replace it for you until we get it right.
"How can I exchange the color if it doesn't match?"
We know that matching your hair color can be challenging, so we've made our exchange process as simple as possible:

Our support team will then get back to you within 24 hours (usually it takes a lot less), and will help you choose a different color that will better suit you. Easy as that.
"I am not satisfied with my order. How can I get a refund?"
First of all remain calm and know that we will do whatever it takes to make sure you’re happy with your order. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order we will refund you - no questions asked.

"How do I use a discount code?"
In the Checkout page, when entering your personal details click "show order summary" (via mobile) or look at the right side of the page (via desktop) and simply insert your code into the discount box.
*If you choose to use PayPal - click PayPal at the Cart page, and after logging in you will be sent back to the same Checkout page as above, where you can add your discount code.
"What payments do you except?"
We offer a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin, etc. (All the payment options will be shown at checkout). We also accept PayPal.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
"What currency is used in your store?"
The default pricing on our site is in USD and the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.
If you pay in a currency that’s different from the designated currency of your payment method, your provider or third-party payment processor may apply a currency conversion rate or fees to your payment.
"I placed an order but I never got a confirmation E-mail?"
If you did not receive an email from us within an hour upon placing your order and it’s not in your Spam/Promotion folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly.

"I ordered 2 or more items but only received 1, where is the rest?"
We have a large assortment of products stocked in different warehouses, so when you order multiple items at a time they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next.
So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.
"What do I do if I provided the wrong shipping address?"
To change an order, please contact us immediately. Be sure to include your order number and a message indicating the correct shipping address.
We can change the shipping address if the order has not been processed yet.

"When will my order ship?"
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day.
Shipping times are between 2-14 business days (depending on the shipping method and your shipping address you choose at checkout).
"Which countries do you ship to?"
We offer Worldwide Shipping. Orders are shipped from the U.S. and shipments are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks.
The approximate shipping time depends each country and on the shipping method you select at checkout.
US shipping times are between 2-7 days.
"What is the cost of shipping and why?"
USA Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders $55 and over.
Within the continental United States, flat rate shipping is $7.95 and delivered in 6-12 business days. Priority shipping is available for $12.95 with delivery in 2-7 business days.
(If your order has a total of $55 or over, you will not be charged for additional shipping costs).
International Shipping: $7.95

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If it’s been over a week since we have refunded you please contact us and our support team will get back to you to solve the issue.

"I have thin hair, will it fall out?"
Nope! You may need to double secure it, but it will definitely not fall out. Depending on your JuvaBun product, here are some easy ways to keep your JuvaBun secure:
For Messy & Straight Buns: Similar to a hair-tie, you can double it as if you are wearing a ponytail holder.
For Ponytail Clips: Make sure to clip your Extension Clip to your own ponytail, as you would with a regular hair clip. The bigger your own ponytail is, the better the clip will be able to hold on to your hair.
To be extra-safe, you can add a few bobby pins.
"Can JuvaBun products be washed?"
Yes! You can wash JuvaBun products with hair conditioner/shampoo in cold water. Just insert your extension into cold water and soak for about 5 minutes.
We recommend washing them every 10 uses or once there is product built-up. (Click HERE to see our full washing video).
"Do I need to style it?"
Nope! It comes already styled, exactly as shown in the images and videos. Just make sure to give it a nice fluff before using it for the first time. You can also give it a gentle brush or simply use your fingers.
"Do I make a bun with my own hair and then attach it over?"
Exactly! Just wrap it around your own ponytail.
Depending on the length and fullness of your hair, you can double it around as much as you wish.
“Can I heat, curl, or straighten JuvaBun products?”
JuvaBun hair extensions are made with High-Quality Synthetic Hair, however, since they don't receive natural oils from the scalp like our own hair does, heating or curling them might damage them. If you insist, try lowering the heat, but we do not recommend doing so.
“Can I bleach, color, or dye JuvaBun products?”
Synthetic hair is dyeable; however, you cannot do it using the regular hair dyes as the fibers of the synthetic hair are not penetrable like natural fibers. Synthetic hair are created from processed fibers which makes them difficult to dye. These synthetic materials don't have the natural pigments that real human hair does, which means that regular hair dyes won't work on synthetic hair.
"Where can I buy JuvaBun products?"
JuvaBun products are not sold in stores and are exclusively available through this online store only.
