We know that matching your hair color can be challenging, so we've made our exchange process as simple as possible. Contact our support team via any of the following:

Our support team will then get back to you and help you choose a different color that will better suit you or refund your money. Easy as that.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order we will refund you - no questions asked. We will not hold your money if you are not happy with your purchase.
Once your refund is being processed you should see it in your account within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable.

I am not sure which color to choose. What should I do?
Compare your own hair with the color that looks the closest from the color options. In most cases that will do, but if you’re still not sure you can:

2. Contact us by clicking on the Chat Icon (at bottom right corner), and we’ll help you to choose your color.
Even if the color is only close to matching your hair color (and not an exact match), it will still blend in with your own hair color to give you that natural and real look.

Rest assured that even if you picked the wrong color, or if you’re just not happy with the result, we will replace it for you until we get it right.
I have thin hair, will it fall out?
You may need to double secure it, but it's unlikely to fall out.
To be extra-safe, you can add a few bobby pins. (Included with your purchase)
Will it look like my real hair?
Yes! We use high-quality synthetic fibers in all our products which blend naturally with your own hair and are very close to the real deal, making it almost impossible to tell the difference.
Do I need to style it?
Nope! It comes already styled, exactly as shown in the images and videos.
Just make sure to give it a nice fluff before using it for the first time. (You can give it a gentle brush or simply use your fingers).
Do I make a bun with my own hair and then attach it over?
Exactly! Simply wrap the JuvaBun around your own ponytail or bun.
Another option is to use it as a hair-scrunchie by itself - putting your own hair into a bun using the JuvaBun itself (instead of making a bun first and then adding the JuvaBun on top).
Can JuvaBun products be washed?
Yes! You can wash JuvaBun products with hair conditioner or shampoo in cold water.
Insert your product into cold water and soak it for about 5 minutes.
